REFUND POLICY iWorldartists Amara's Emporium

1. DVD / Video and CD / Audiotapes are not refundable.
2. If DVD / video or CD / Audiotapes are damaged upon receipt, iWorldArtists.Com must be notified within 24 hours by phone 919 803 0931 or email sales@iworldartists.com . 
3. Upon iWorldArtists.Com approval of item, an RTA # will be issued. This # must be included with returned item within 7 days. If item is damaged, a new item will be shipped out and your shipping costs for return will be refunded
4.  Other items are refundable only under the following condition   
5.  Item must be shipped back and received by iWorldArtists.Com within seven days of receipt by buyer.
6. Buyer must insure item to the value paid for and pay all shipping and handling costs.
7. Item will be inspected for alteration, wear and tear.  If item has been altered in any way or shows wear and tear, then refund will not be permitted. If tags are removed, item is not entitled to a refund.
8. If item is determined to be not refundable, it will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
9. All items approved for return will be charged a restocking fee of $4% of purchase price.  (deducted from monies refunded)
10. Refund is amount less shipping charges.
