A wonderful choreography to Hassan El Asmar’s Ana Ho that looks improvised and can be a wonderful foundation for understanding how to dance to all Pop Music from Egypt or the Middle East. Amara teaches a full choreography that covers half the song and repeats it for the second half. Easy to adapt subtle changes to basic moves to vary the dance. Amara features many different zils patterns that vary and are adjustable for your own style. Amara explains the meaning of the song in English and adds the personality behind the movements and steps for easy comprehension of the words and meanings of the song.
Amara faces you on camera to break down the movements and then faces away from the camera for you to follow as you progress through the dance. She clarifies often each step so you gain better comprehension of the moves as you advance through he video. Amara is well know for her authenticity to dance movements but in particular to grouping together moves into combinations that are easy to remember to integrate into your own improvisational dancing. The video features Amara dancing the full choreography in the workshop and in costume for a live performance.
