What an exciting issue this month. Announcing two new honorary membersthis month; Sausan and Suhaila of Zahava Diamonds. MEDLS Honorary Members have achieved far beyond their career in Belly Dance and it is our pleasure to award them this honor. The next MEDLS EVENT is in NC and right after Labor Day, attend and perform at MOMO KADOUS Gala Shows & Workshops.

SAUSAN - HONORARY MEDLS MEMBER-ACADEMIA
SAUSAN; I can say for a fact that anyone who has trained with me have gone away with a different perspective on how to execute Egyptian movements. What sparks them is what aI call the Egyptian Code. That tiny trevial element of the dance is how Egyptians hear and keep the beat of the music. As welll as their expressions they use in day to day life which is then transferred into the dance. SUHAILA - ZAHAVA DIAMONDS- HONORARY MEDLS MEMBER Entrepreneur
Amara; My dear Elaina, also known as Suhaila and a former student of mine, I am so excited about your new business venture. Please tell me what inspired you to start an online auction for fine jewelry, in particular, a women's best friend "DIAMONDS".
 
Elaina; The opportunity presented itself and I did not search for it. A family member who is a diamond wholesaler approached me about selling his inventory online. I researched the competitors, and found that in addition to selling from their websites, they were selling on ebay. So I started an online auction store "Zehava Diamonds".
