Amara has also begun a great
work by creating MEDLS and kicking things off with
the showcase presented on Sunday. It all made me
want to write and thank everyone who danced. Every
bit of the heart and sweet effort you put into your
performances was so clear to see. The variety of
styles, costuming and energy put into that show was
a gem of entertainment few people anticipate finding
in this area (little do they know!!). Can't wait
'til the next time to see what Amara cooks
up...yours, in shimmies~ Gozde Hilal, Raleigh, NC

Just wanted to say we had a great time at the MEDLS show hosted by Amara Al Amir of Raleigh, NC. We were grateful to be invited and represent our part of the state for the first time there! :) I met some nice girls there....stay in touch! I thought the show was great! Look forward to another soon!...Maysameh and Rhythmic Essence, Newton, NC
Thank you Amara so much for inviting me to apart of this event. It was the first time for me doing something like this with the distinction of being a "leader" and it meant a lot that you thought to ask me. Thank you again and kudos to you for putting the whole thing together! Talk to you soon. It was wonderful finally meeting Maysameh and the beautiful ladies of Rhythmic Essence. The piece that you all did was top notch and it was really more of a production number, I was very impressed. Your costumes were great as was the choreography, I am so inspired for my own troupe endeavors even more now! I just want to say that everyone did a great job and I seriously got emotional backstage watching the artistry of all the dancers during the show. I am so proud to call North Carolina home, there are just too many talented dancers!! I think that some of my students that came to the show are now huge fans in particular of the "The Devoted", they are such rock stars! Great job everyone and also to everyone that put the show together!!!Kaitlyn, New Bern, NC
Thanks so much for all your hard work, Amara...Suzanne Kennedy, Durham, NC
