1. Advertise your items in our iworldartists.com Newsletters

    Submit your item by email to amara@iworldartists.com (description, price, jpeg picture, your name, address, phone #)

2. Online in our Shopping Emporium

    Submit your item by email to amara@iworldartists.com (description, price, jpeg picture, your name, address, phone #)

3. In our outlet store in Oceanside, LI, NY

    Contact Amara by email or phone; amara@iworldartists.com or 516 208 9595 for appointment to bring your costumes to store for consignment

 

(We can photograph your costumes for free to advertise in our newsletter or in the online Emporium)

(We reserve the right to accept or reject any item for any reason we feel necessary)

(Please join Paypal if possible as soon as possible, no cost - not required but very helpful for us and you)

 

 

 

ITEMS FOR CONSIGNMENT IN THE EMPORIUM MAY INCLUDE (but not limited to):

CONSIGNMENT PROCEDURE

 

  1. Read and accept the Consignment Terms & Conditions.
  2. Email description and photograph of items.
  3. You will receive confirmation of product posting with 72 hours of submission of item.
  4. You will have 72 hours before the posting to cancel your posting before it goes live.
 

 

 

CONSIGNMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1.        iWorldArtists.com Amara’s Emporium (herein is referred to by IWA) only accepts items of good quality, new or gently used for resale.

2.    IWA has the right to accept or reject any items submitted for resale in iworldartists emportium.

3.    Consignee will email to IWA a full description of items (including colors, sizing, selling

price, etc) and a photograph in jpeg format or place in Amara's store in Oceanside.

4.    Items may also be listed on IWA e-Commerce website at no cost to consignee but if sold will pay commission outlined below to IWA

6.   Prices will be agreed between Consignee and IWA and IWA will  not reduce prices without written permission from consignee.

7.   If item is sold, IWA will deduct 30% from agreed selling price (If item is paid for by paypal.com, the fee is deducted from the consignor's selling price not from Amara's commission) If item is sold by consignee to their own customer while item is online, then consignee will pay 10% of the selling price

8.   All items put online require a photograph.

9.    IWA upon receipt of a paid order for your item will send you an email to notify you and ship the item out or you will ship the item to the buyer.

10.  Item must be shipped within 72 hours of this email to the buyer or transaction will be canceled.

11. Consignee will email amara@amaraalamir, the tracking number and the cost of shipping and insurance to buyer after shipping.

12. Upon IWA receipt of the tracking number, consignee will be sent the payment of the sale of your item within two to three weeks of selling items.  One week to allow for refund, and one to two weeks to allow for payment clearing and postal service to mail you your payment. 

13.  Payment to consignor will include the cost of shipping and insurance (if consignee ships) added to the agreed to selling price that is paid by the buyer..

14. Refunds will be permitted to buyers within 7 days, after item has been inspected for ware and tear or altering. (No refunds on used items)

15.  No refunds are permitted on video or audiotapes.

16.  All used items are sold as is.

17.  The buyer pays all shipping and insurance costs.

18.   Items placed online may only be removed by email request.

19.   Consignee must notify IWA immediately if item is no longer available for sale.

20.   IWA appreciates this opportunity to provide a value added service to the community and will endeavor to provide the dance community with a value added service of quality & integrity, to all consignees and potential buyers.

21.  IWA will use PayPal for your convenience or checks to send you money for items sold.  Why not join now to save time.

22. Items advertised or listed in online Emporium must remain online for 90 days, if removed prior to 90 days, Consignee will pay 10% fee.
